I have more than 33 years in the insurance industry, and have been a State Farm Agent in Ottawa since 1997. To help serve your needs, my Team Members carry their state insurance licenses in both property/casualty and life/health insurance coverage. We serve residents throughout LaSalle County, including the towns of Ottawa, Grand Ridge, Marseilles, Serena, Sheridan, Utica, Streator, Seneca, LaSalle, Peru and their surrounding areas. We also serve other communities in the Illinois Valley and Starved Rock areas as well as other communities throughout the state of Illinois.

My wife and I love living in Ottawa, and we have really enjoyed raising our five children in the LaSalle County area, which is a beautiful blend of natural resources while being accessible to more metropolitan communities. I have been an active member in the community serving on several local boards, from being involved with youth sports as a board member and coach, to becoming a member of the Ottawa Noon Rotary Club for many years. My longest standing community commitment was being a 25- year member of the Ottawa YMCA Board of Directors which I recently stepped down from after the Y's new state-of-the art facility opened in 4/2024. I have also volunteered to help multiple non-profit and charitable organizations and fundraisers throughout the years for numerous local organizations.

No, I'm not Jake from State Farm, but I do wear khakis and I did graduate from Eureka College, the alma mater of President Ronald Reagan!
